RN Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Coordinator

Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Demonstrates interdisciplinary leadership skills, superior interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of computer database, data analysis and presentation skills. As a VAD Coordinator, you will guide patients through every stage of their VAD journey, coordinating care across settings, providing education and support, and serving as a key resource for patients and families.

What We Offer:

Outpatient RN- Ventricular Assist Device Clinic 

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, and On-Call 
• Department:  Ventricular Assistive Device (VAD) Clinic
• Location: New Hanover Regional Medical Center

 

What We're Looking For:

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN.
• Experience: Minimum three years of clinical RN experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Current Registered Nurse in NC or compact state, required.
• Additional Skills/Requirements (required): Demonstrates interdisciplinary leadership skills, superior interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of computer database, data analysis and presentation skills.
• ICU / Cardiac experience is required
• CCRN Preferred
