As a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage all supervisory duties within your unit.
- Establish and implement employment policies and procedures.
- Mentor and guide less experienced nurses, providing both clinical and career advice.
- Uphold and maintain the highest standards of care for the unit.
- Review resident records and ensure quality of care.
- Monitor overall care and review individual residents cases.
- Address questions or complaints from residents and their families.
- Represent the units interests to upper-level management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Unit Manager.
- Valid RN License.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
