Schedule: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
- Oversee daily nursing unit operations and coordinate patient care activities.
- Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff to maintain quality care standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
- Support staff scheduling, performance, and efficient unit management.
- Participate in weekend on-call coverage as required.
