    What You'll Do:

    • Supervise and coordinate the nursing care provided to residents on your unit.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs.
    • Lead a team of nursing staff and ensure they are supported and trained.
    • Conduct regular assessments and follow-up on residents’ health statuses.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for our residents.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and records to comply with regulatory standards.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
    • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a long-term care setting preferred.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively.
    • Compassionate approach to nursing and resident care.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
