    Responsibilities:
    - Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff in a healthcare setting
    - Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
    - Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and mentoring
    - Assist with patient assessments, physical examinations, and medication administration as needed
    - Oversee the implementation of infection control measures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
    - Handle any issues or concerns that arise during shifts, including addressing patient complaints or staffing shortages

    Experience:
    - Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
    - Experience working in behavioral health or with children is preferred
    - Familiarity with Cerner electronic health record system is a plus
    - Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and workers compensation laws is beneficial
