RN Transplant Coordinator - Pancreas

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. No weekends. No holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator - Pancreas to:

• Collaborate with world-renowned transplant experts in a program known globally for research, innovation, and excellence in patient outcomes.
• Guide patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives.
• Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment daily, delivering personalized education and support across the continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and education Required
• Master''s Degree in Nursing or relevant area may be used to substitute for one (1) year of clinical experience

Work Experience

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience Required
• Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
• 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
