Pay Range: $1919/weekly.

Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to patients regarding laboratory results and follow-up instructions.
- Communicate clarifications and messages provided by healthcare providers.
- Address patient questions within the scope of the role and relay clinical concerns to the appropriate provider.
- Support the callback queue by managing pending calls and reducing backlogs.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient communications.
- Follow established protocols for patient communication, confidentiality, and escalation of concerns.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and prioritize callback requests.
- Strong attention to detail and effective documentation skills.
