What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process within your scope of practice
  • Monitor patients' vitals and clinical status on a telemetry unit
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
  • Delegate and direct tasks for licensed and ancillary team members
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and safety protocols
What You Need

  • Required:
    • Valid RN license in Louisiana
    • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
    • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
    • Proficiency with computer systems and healthcare software

  • Preferred:
    • Certification in a clinical specialty area
