The Work You’ll Do

As our RN Supervisor, you’ll provide clinical leadership while remaining connected to resident care. You’ll:

  • Lead and supervise nursing and direct care staff throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate assignments based on resident needs and staff competencies.
  • Provide direct nursing care, medications, treatments, and clinical assessments as needed.
  • Monitor changes in resident condition and make timely clinical decisions.
  • Ensure individualized plans of care are understood and consistently carried out.
  • Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Coach and support nursing staff and CNAs, including identifying opportunities for education and development.
  • Maintain required clinical documentation and support regulatory compliance.
  • Address staffing, safety, and resident-care concerns that arise during the shift.
  • Support quality improvement, surveys, and other essential clinical needs of the facility.

You bring sound clinical judgment, a calm and confident approach, and the ability to lead while staying connected to the residents and staff you support.

You’ll also bring:

  • A resident-first approach and commitment to quality care.
  • The ability to lead, coach, communicate, and make decisions during the shift.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A current and active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • At least one year of direct-care experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Charge Nurse, supervisory, or similar leadership experience preferred.
