Salary: $92,000–$97,000/year

We’re looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to join a long-term care team in Rochester. 

What You’ll Do

• Oversee nursing operations during the night shift
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Respond to resident emergencies and changes in condition
• Conduct clinical rounds and ensure quality standards
• Collaborate with the DON/ADON and communicate with residents and families

Requirements

• Active NYS RN license
• 2+ years of long-term care experience
• 1+ year of nursing leadership/management experience
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
