RN Supervisor - Float Pool
Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Waxahachie
Full-Time/Day shift
The RN Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the Float Pool team, supporting approximately 40 team members. This role partners with nursing leadership to ensure quality patient care, staff engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates are strong clinical leaders with a passion for team development and nursing excellence.
Schedule:
Full Time
2 x 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM)
2 x 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Flexible day scheduling
Minimum Qualifications:
Current RN license
Charge Nurse experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience
MSN preferred
Nursing specialty board certification preferred
