    Position Summary:
    The RN Supervisor / Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations within our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, supports and guides nursing staff, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to maintain excellence in clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shift
    • Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered care
    • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
    • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
    • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and care teams
    • Assist with care planning and documentation compliance
    • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

    Qualifications:

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
    • Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred
    • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
    • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
