Responsibilities:At Community Regional Medical Center, you will help lead one of the region’s largest and most comprehensive case management programs, supporting a team of approximately 45 to 50 RN Case Managers within a department of more than 150 professionals across Case Management and Social Services. In partnership with department leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive coordinated, high-quality care while advancing operational excellence and team development across the organization.
As the RN Supervisor, Case Management, you will oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient assignments and patient flow across inpatient and emergency department settings. You will provide leadership, coaching and professional development for RN Case Managers, fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture while serving as a clinical and operational resource. Working closely with physicians, hospital leaders, and interdisciplinary teams you will address operational challenges, strengthen communication and support care coordination initiatives. You will also contribute to departmental success through utilization management, productivity oversight, budget stewardship, policy implementation, hiring, performance evaluations and other human resources responsibilities that support organizational and financial goals.

As such, services are offered to the neediest in each community - the un-insured and under-insured, the working poor, those with limited ability to pay, the homeless, and the indigent. Services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.
