Position Information: Citizens Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to work full-time as a nurse supervisor at Citizens Medical Center, our acute care facility. This position involves supervising nursing staff on shift within the patient care units, delivering high-quality professional nursing care, and ensuring that patient care is delivered according to physician orders and established nursing standards. The Nursing Supervisor works closely with Nursing Managers and ancillary departments to ensure smooth operations, foster a positive work environment, and achieve the organizations overall goals.
Nurse Supervisors will report to the Nurse Manager.
Days/Hours: This facility is staffed 365 days a years, 24 hours a day
Pay Range: Dependent upon degree and experience.

What you bring to the table:
Current RN Licensure by the Kansas Board of Nursing Current BLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP and ACLS preferred, will assist in obtaining active certification. Prior experience as Supervisor, obstetrics, and ER preferred. Experience in office productivity software (email, calendar, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, etc.). Experience in EMR documentation.
