Willis-Knighton's Physical Medicine Department is looking for a staff RN to work in our nationally recognized CARF certified inpatient rehabilitation unit. This is a 31-bed unit located in the Willis-Knighton Rehabilitation Institute with normally a 5-6:1 ratio. The patient population primarily consists of neurological and orthopedic patients with medical surgical needs who require three hours of therapy services per day. RN staff are responsible for providing the highest level of nursing and medical management using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach. The candidate chosen for this position will be required to attend a hospital wide orientation, and a comprehensive orientation with a preceptor is provided according to experience.
