This is an excellent opportunity for nurses eager to grow their clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population. Unit Highlights 27 bed Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting Supportive, collaborative team environment Fast-paced Wide variety of patient diagnoses to enhance clinical knowledge and expertise Key Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage cardiac drips according to established protocols, but we do not titrate drips on this unit. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Accurately assess, document, and communicate patient conditions and changes Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensein good standing and new graduates welcomed!
