The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a 21-bed Emergency Room. The ER RN will perform a variety of tasks including patient assessment, triage, treatment, and documentation. The role demands critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and strong clinical skills to manage a wide range of medical emergencies and trauma cases. Licensure/Certification Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required. PALS certification required TNCC certification preferred Experience Minimum of 12 years of experience in an emergency room setting preferred. Skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress and fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic health record systems
