2West is a30-bed Medical/Surgical/Orthopedic unit with telemetry capability. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Willis Knighton Bossier Health System. The patient population consists of adult medical/surgical patients with alarge population of Orthopedic patients.With our unit offering remote cardiac monitoringcapability, thecandidatewith ACLS and PALS will be our first choice.The RN and LPN staff are responsible for providing the highest level of nursing and medical management using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach.The Nurse-Patient ratio is 1:4 or 1:5 withnursing assistantsassupport staff.Thisposition offers self-scheduling 12-hour shifts!!
