We are seeking passionate and skilled Staff Nurses (RN/LPN) who want meaningful work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where every shift has the power to change lives.

About the Role
As a Staff Nurse - Withdrawal Management/Sobering, you'll provide direct patient care and medical monitoring to individuals withdrawing from substances or experiencing acute intoxication.
You'll work closely with the Nurse Manager, Licensed Medical Practitioners, Certified Medical Assistants, Recovery Mentors, and multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care in a trauma-informed environment.
This is a hands-on nursing role where strong assessment skills, calm decision-making, and compassionate care truly matter.

Education & Experience
OR
Licensure & Certifications
Current Oregon RN or LPN license
RN required for Sobering services
BLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Crisis Prevention Training (within 90 days)
Valid driver's license if driving is required
