    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
    • Communicating with physicians, families, & other RNs/LPNs about the well-being of our residents.
    • Conducting clinical assessments while accurately providing medication assistance according to physician’s orders.
    • Using your clinical nursing and critical thinking skills by assessing emergency care needs.
    • Advancing your nursing skills by working in a fast-paced community.
     
    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
    • Valid Florida RN License.
    • Possess an interest and compassion for older adults.
    • Problem solving & customer service skills.
    • Time Management skills to ensure all residents are provided the best level of care.
