    Responsibilities

    As an RN at Burnett Extended Care Center, you'll join a brand-new 154-bed transitional care facility. Purpose-built to serve patients transitioning from hospital to home, Burnett includes specialized units - Memory Care, Long-Term Care and Transitional Care - that focus on quality, comfort and continuity of care. This environment offers nurses the opportunity to provide patient-centered care across diverse needs in a collaborative, post-acute setting.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
    • Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency required

    Licenses and Certifications

    • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
    • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
