| Director of Nursing (DON) – Full-Time Location: Saint Maries, ID Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $105,000–$120,000 per year Opportunity: Permanent; Temp-to-Perm may be considered Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for a nursing professional who can effectively oversee clinical staff, support regulatory compliance, and promote excellent standards of care. Candidates with strong Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) or nursing supervisor experience may also be considered. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff and clinical operations Oversee the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and standards Monitor clinical practices and quality-of-care initiatives Collaborate with physicians, administrators, residents/patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members Address clinical and operational concerns effectively and professionally Develop and maintain a positive, collaborative nursing environment Support ongoing staff development and education Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives Qualifications Current nursing license in the applicable state Leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting DON, ADON, Nursing Supervisor, or similar nursing leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient/resident care Compensation & Schedule $105,000–$120,000 annual salary Full-time position Permanent position preferred Temp-to-perm candidates may be considered Candidates with ADON or Nursing Supervisor experience are encouraged to apply Apply today to be considered for this nursing leadership opportunity. |
Pay Details: $49.48 to $50.48 per hour
