Primarily PCU with float to ICU
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
Primary to St Joseph Medical Center, but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region Two: St. Clare Hospital Lakewood, WA; St. Elizabeth Hospital Enumclaw, WA; St Joseph Medical Center Tacoma, WA. Rate differential when floated outside of SJMC.

Weekend Requirement Days - Saturday and Sunday. Nights - Friday and Saturday. Every other weekend.

Hospitalist or Intensivist in house Dayshift on site, nights available via virtual ICU and also has a ARNP for procedures in house overnight. Surgery residents etc.

Shifts 7a-7p.7p-7a
Floating Float eligible between all ICU's and PCU.
Floor specific orientation Planning on 1 week with an educator at max, minimum of 2 shifts.

Additional Notes No Vents in PCU. PCU drips to include cardizem, nitro, insulin, heparin. No Pressors.
Additional Questions Do not require travelers to take IABP or CRRT unless they have that experience. Looking for strong Med Surg RN's. All travelers are required to have 2 years of experience in their specialty.
