    ***ALL MYJOURNEY MODULES NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. TRAVELER WILL BE PUSHED BACK IF ALL MODULES ARE NOT COMPLETED. NO EXCEPTIONS***

    ***** Clinical Team will pre-screen all candidates.**
    PAY OT after 40 hours/week. (RC = 40 reg hours)
    BILL OT after 40 hours/week. (RC = OT rate in OT field)
    FLAT RATE FOR ALL OT (RC=SAME RATE IN OT AS IN REG)

    ****CERNER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED****
    *No first time travelers*

    - Unit: L&D (approx 300 deliveries a month)
    - # beds: 2 OB ED beds, 4 antepartum rooms, 9 labor rooms, 2 OR's
    - Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced EFM
    - Ratios: Follow state and AWHONN guidelines
    - EMR: Cerner; fetal link; hugs security system
    - Charge Nurse: Yes, generally do not take patient, have resource nurse that will take ST
    - Nurse Aides: OB techs (2 per shift) to scrub C-sections
    - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend but may work more depending on rotations
    - Holidays; 2 out of 3 majors
    - Call: None
    - Scrub Color: Provided by hospital
    - Tele: none
    - Vents: "Available for moms and babies, but they are transferred to higher level of care if needed"
    - Laborist and anesthesia: In house 24/7
    - IV Team: Must have strong IV skills
    - RT 24/7: Yes
    - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes
    - Shifts: 7a, 7p
    - Floating: Post partum--float first; will float to NICU as well
    - Floor specific orientation: 2 shifts
