Auto offers as long as traveler understands they cannot accommodate block scheduling and that this is a rural hospital that is very reliant on travelers in Med/Tele units. They manage it well and the same leadership has been in place for years but there is not a lot of continuity with the staff which can be challenging for some. They need a team player who is there to work hard and contribute to caring for patient s of their community as best as they can.
