    Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

    **Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
    **Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract

    Do you have a Fast track No, but all patients are roomed within 7 minutes of arrival.
    Do you have a separate Triage area & do you allow/require travelers to do Triage? We do have a separate triage area, but most are pulled to room immediately from the waiting room and triaged by the primary RN.
    Do you have a separate holding area in the ER or are ER holds intermixed w/in the ER?
    Do ER RN's manage their own ER holds? They are intermixed and ED nurses will handle their own ER holds.
    Do you have separate Psych/seclusion rooms? Yes, 2 rooms.

    Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Charge nurse in ED for 24/7 but does take a patient load; House Supervisor is on staff 24/7
    Nurse Aids/Paramedics/Patient sitters 1-2 CNA techs per day
    EMR EPIC
    RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Does RT do ABG's, breathing tx, EGS's? Work with Vents, CPAP, Bipap, High Flow. RT does do ABGs and breathing treatments. ED staff are responsible for EKGs
    Is there tele on this unit? Monitor Techs? RNs read strips? Patients are on the monitor and are monitored by the ED RNs. One strip is printed and placed in chart per standards of care.
    X-Ray or CT in the ER? Transport? Portable X-ray in the ED. CT is close to the ED. Transport is managed by the radiology department.
    Phlebotomy or nurse draw 90% of labs are drawn by primary nurse.
