- Experience or 'Must have' skills: 1 year, must have tele experience, must be able to read strips, must be comfortable with cpap/bipap. Critical patients are sent to a larger hospital.

- Are there tele/monitor techs on this unit? Are RNs required to read their own strips? What brand are the tele monitors?: Yes, RN's read strips
- Charge Nurse/House Supervisor? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: No
- Are there nurse aids on this unit/Ratios: Yes ratio is 1:12
- RT Equipment (i.e., Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, vents, etc.): BiPap, Cpap
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 12 hour shifts, 3 days per week. Shifts are 7-730
