    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Urology Clinic & Ambulatory Surgical Center

    Location: 201 W 69th St., Sioux Falls, SD
    Schedule: Full Time, Monday–Friday (Half-day off weekly)
    Hours: Variable between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    Status: Benefits Eligible


    We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced and growing Urology practice, where you'll split your time between our clinic setting and our on-site Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC).


    About the Role:

    As a valued member of our nursing team, you’ll work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the management team to ensure excellent patient care and clinical support. This is a cross training role.

    Clinic Responsibilities (Approx. 50% of time):

    • Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs

    • Reviewing and updating medical histories and medications

    • Assisting providers with in-office procedures

    • Performing nursing treatments including:

      • Administering injections

      • Preparing medications

      • Completing voiding trials

      • Catheter changes

      • Staple and drain removal

    • Preparing patient records for upcoming appointments

    • Scheduling office visits and coordinating follow-up care

    • Cleaning and stocking exam rooms

    Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Responsibilities (Approx. 50% of time):

    • Supporting perioperative care in a same-day surgery environment

    • Assisting with pre-op preparations and post-op monitoring

    • Coordinating with surgical teams for smooth patient transitions

    • Following strict protocols for safety, infection control, and documentation


    Reporting Structure:

    • Reports directly to the Director of Nursing

    • Receives direction from physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic management


    Position Requirements:

    • Active RN license in South Dakota

    • Clinical experience preferred, especially in surgical, urology, or ambulatory settings

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused environment
