Location: Onalaska, WI
Schedule: Part-time | 0.6 (48 hours/pay period) OR 0.7 FTE (64 hours/pay period) - YOUR CHOICE!
Shift: 8-hour day shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (no weekends, holidays, or on-call)

Position Overview
As a Bariatric & Obesity Medicine RN, you'll guide patients through both surgical and non-surgical weight management journeys, serving as a key clinical resource and advocate.
You'll play a central role in patient education, care coordination, and ongoing support-helping individuals achieve sustainable, life-changing health outcomes.
What You'll Do
Guide patients through bariatric and obesity medicine care pathways
Provide comprehensive education to patients and families
Conduct nurse-only visits and follow-up care
Manage phone triage and MyChart in-basket messaging
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team across departments
Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for this patient population
What You'll Bring
Required:
Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate degree in nursing (or higher)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
Obtain Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN) when eligible
