Dan C Trigg Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN - Quality & Infection Prevention Consultant to lead quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and infection prevention initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for clinical staff and leadership, helping ensure the delivery of safe, effective, patient-centered care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.How you grow, learn and thrive matters here.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health, microbiology, or another science-related field required.
License: Current New Mexico Registered Nurse license or valid multistate compact Registered Nurse license required.
Certification: Current Basic Life Support certification from an approved provider required (American Red Cross, American Heart Assoc, or ASHI)
Experience: At least one year of healthcare quality-improvement or performance-improvement experience recommended. Must complete Presbyterian quality training, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or an equivalent process-improvement certification or experience within three years of employment. Project management, data analysis, facilitation, team leadership, and written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with databases, statistical process-control applications, decision-support systems, benchmarking, process mapping, and project-management software is preferred
