RN Psych Sea Level, NC

Candidates with prior travel nursing experience, successful contract renewals, and familiarity with MatrixCare are strongly preferred. The ideal candidate is an experienced LTC/SNF LPN with strong clinical skills who can work independently during evening hours.

RN –Psych

Location: Sea Level, NC
Schedule: 36/48 hours every other week
Shift: Nights, 7pm-7am 
Every Other Weekend Required

*Contract Work with open extensions

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
• Monitor residents'conditions and report changes to the Physician, or appropriate clinical leadership.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Perform routine nursing procedures and provide treatments as assigned.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and ongoing resident care.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
• Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition during evening hours.

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Must be willing and able to work Night shifts
• Must be available to work every other weekend
