    We are seeking an experienced and dependable healthcare professional to join our team as a CNA Program Coordinator for a growing Nurse Aide Training Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nursing or healthcare education professional seeking a flexible, meaningful role with the ability to help build and guide a high-quality training program.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily operations of the CNA training program
    • Ensure compliance with state, DOE, DOL, and regulatory requirements
    • Maintain student files, records, and required documentation
    • Assist with curriculum organization and program readiness
    • Coordinate instructors, schedules, and clinical placements
    • Support audits, renewals, reporting, and inspections
    • Help prepare for new student cohort launches
    • Maintain professional communication with staff and agencies
    Preferred Qualifications

    • RN license preferred (active or prior experience strongly valued)
    • LPN with leadership/education experience may be considered
    • Experience in CNA training programs, nursing education, long-term care, or healthcare administration preferred
    • Former Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or similar leadership role highly valued
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills
    • Professional communication skills
    • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
