The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a 21-bed Emergency Room. The ER RN will perform a variety of tasks including patient assessment, triage, treatment, and documentation. The role demands critical thinking, rapid decision-making, and strong clinical skills to manage a wide range of medical emergencies and trauma cases. Licensure/Certification: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certificationare required. PALS certification required TNCC certification preferred Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in an emergency room setting preferred. Skills: Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to work effectively in a high-stress and fast-paced environment. Proficiency with electronic health record systems
