What Youll Do
- Lead the delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process within state and professional standards
- Assess patient needs, implement teaching strategies, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure quality and safety in patient care
- Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient progress and implement improvements
- Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all interactions
- Adhere to safety protocols, including exposure control for blood and body fluids
- Perform other related duties as assigned in a fast-paced healthcare environment
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Florida
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Preferred:- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
