What Youll Do- Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process within the PACU setting
- Assess patients needs and implement appropriate teaching and interventions
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing team members as a leader
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
- Respond swiftly to patient needs and provide compassionate care during recovery phases
- Document clinical activities accurately and timely
What You NeedRequired:- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in acute, surgical, or PACU settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Preferred:- Bachelors degree in nursing or additional clinical certifications
