Pay Rate: $60 - $66/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide procedural nursing care for endoscopy patients and support Pre-Anesthesia/PACU as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license and required credentials.

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.

• Endoscopy RN experience preferred/required for this assignment.

• Competency in phlebotomy and IV placement.

• Ability to float to Pre-Anesthesia/PACU as needed.

• First-time travelers accepted.

• Ability to participate in required weeknight, weekend, and holiday call.

• Strong procedural nursing and patient assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic and procedural services.

• Support procedures including EUS, ERCP, Navigational Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Manometry, and Fibroscan.

• Perform IV placement and phlebotomy.

• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and identify changes in condition.

• Assist with procedural preparation, recovery, monitoring, and discharge.

• Work with specialized endoscopy equipment as required.

• Float to Pre-Anesthesia/PACU when required.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Participate in required weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage.

• Follow facility, infection-control, safety, and compliance requirements.
