What Youll Do:- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, adhering to hospital protocols and standards
- Assist with pre-operative assessments and post-operative care management
- Effectively use the nursing process to evaluate patient needs and coordinate care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Respond promptly to patient needs and participate in emergency procedures as required
- Support hospitals goals for patient safety, quality improvement, and excellent customer service
What You Need:- Valid RN license in Florida
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of OR RN experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational, judgment, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
