What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the operating room, adhering to hospital protocols and standards
• Assist with pre-operative assessments and post-operative care management
• Effectively use the nursing process to evaluate patient needs and coordinate care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and efficient procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Respond promptly to patient needs and participate in emergency procedures as required
• Support hospital’s goals for patient safety, quality improvement, and excellent customer service

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of OR RN experience (preferred)
• Strong organizational, judgment, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
