As an Operating Room & Outpatient Surgery Center Registered Nurse, you know that every procedure, every patient, and every detail matters. Your expert clinical and technical skills are essential, but you also understand that teamwork, communication, and compassion are just as important. In the fast-paced surgical environment, you serve as a critical connection between the patient, surgeon, anesthesiologist, and the entire interdisciplinary care team.
From preparing patients for surgery and ensuring a safe, sterile environment to providing exceptional care throughout the perioperative experience and supporting patients through recovery and discharge, you are there every step of the way.
