What Youll Do- Provide patient-centered nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process within regulatory standards
- Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and delegate tasks appropriately
- Ensure safety and quality outcomes through clinical judgment and effective communication
- Document care and patient responses accurately
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and standards of practice
- Support patient education and family engagement throughout care delivery
What You Need- Required:
- Current RN License in Louisiana
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience in a high-acuity environment, such as operating rooms or surgical units
- Preferred:
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
