RN or LPN Unit Director (Full-Time)

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $42.50–$45.00/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the nursing unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to maintain a cohesive and effective team.
• Monitor and address resident care needs promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
