What Youll Do
- Perform nursing assessments and deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process within legal and professional standards
- Assist surgeons during laparoscopic and robotic procedures
- Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary team members
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-op care
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- At least 2 years of RN experience, with specific experience in robotics and laparoscopic procedures
Preferred:- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational, delegation, and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
