RN_ OR Days opening in Tuba City, AZ. Below is the estimated pay rate.

• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Shift Information: 10-hour shifts from 6:30am - 5:00pm 4 shifts per week, plus on call
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Must maintain a current valid certification of the following throughout employment:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association within six (6) months of hire
• National institutes of Health (NIH)-NIHSS-NIH stroke scale must be completed within 6 months of hire
• Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) by the Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI) must be completed within 1 year of hire
• Trauma Nurse core courses (TNCC) within two (2) years of hire

Gross Pay Weekly:        $2768 (based on 40hrs)
Weekly Taxable:          $1200 ($30/hr x 40hrs)
Misc. and I E:            $560 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging:                 $1008 per week
OT Rate:                 $70 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly:    $2408 (Based on 40hrs)

Gross Pay Weekly:        $3328 (Based on 48hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly:    $2800 (based on 48hrs)
