Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Transitional Care (TCU) team as a Nurse Manager at North Ridge Health and Rehab in Minneapolis, MN. As a Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide nursing leadership and support to our nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and attention
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including signs of decline, abuse, or neglect
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, facility policies, and procedures
Mentor and support new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
Requirements:
RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
Current CPR certification
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
Desire to work with the elderly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
