RN Nurse Manager – Main Operating Room to lead nursing operations, empower clinical teams, and drive excellence in surgical patient care.
This leadership role is ideal for a nursing professional passionate about team development, operational excellence, quality improvement, and delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day nursing operations for the Main OR.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Promote high-quality, safe, and patient-centered surgical care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary hospital teams.
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience.
- Computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- 5 years of clinical experience.
- 2 years of nursing management experience.
- Specialty certification relevant to the unit.
