    Position Summary
    The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Catheterization Lab and Interventional Radiology departments. This position oversees the delivery of high-quality nursing care, administrative operations, and staffing for multiple nursing units and/or teams exceeding 80 full-time equivalents (FTEs) on a 24-hour basis. The role requires collaboration with physicians, clinical specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes in advanced stroke and cardiac care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership and operational oversight for Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology services.

    • Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with evidence-based standards.

    • Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance evaluations.

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

    • Promote a patient-focused and team-oriented culture.

    • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

    • Active California Registered Nurse License (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

    • Current National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).

    • California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire).

    • Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting.

    Preferred / Additional Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 year nursing leadership experience (examples: RN Supervisor, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager).

    • Experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology strongly preferred.

    • Additional certifications as required by specialty area (e.g., NRP for specific units within specified timeframes).
