What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support nursing and ancillary staff operations
Coordinate patient care and promote safety, quality, and patient satisfaction
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and healthcare teams to improve outcomes
Assist with staffing, scheduling, performance management, and department operations
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license required
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required | Master’s preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience required
BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
