RN Night Shift Manager – Long-Term Care

A growing long-term care community is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Manager to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to the overnight nursing team.
This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys being a hands-on leader, supporting staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care throughout the night.
What They’ll Do
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the night shift
- Support and supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
- Respond to changes in resident condition and clinical concerns
- Assist staff with complex resident-care situations
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with facility policies
- Communicate important updates to nursing leadership and the oncoming shift
- Help maintain a positive, team-focused work environment
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for overnight staff
What They’re Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A leader who isn't afraid to jump in and help the team
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
