What Youll Do- Deliver expert patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit using the Nursing Process
- Assess neonatal needs and implement care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with families and team members, providing education and support
- Maintain compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards
- Document patient data accurately and thoroughly
- Support unit and organizational goals through excellent teamwork and professionalism
What You Need- Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification
- 2+ years of critical care or NICU experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area and NRP certification
