What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized neonatal patient care in the NICU environment
  • Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Educate and support families and caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Delegate and manage nursing team resources effectively
  • Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety at all times

What You Need
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • 2+ years NICU nursing experience
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
