What Youll Do- Provide specialized neonatal patient care in the NICU environment
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Educate and support families and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Delegate and manage nursing team resources effectively
- Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety at all times
What You Need- Current Louisiana RN license
- 2+ years NICU nursing experience
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
