What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert patient care using the nursing process within the scope of practice
  • Assess patient needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Delegate, direct, and support licensed and ancillary team members
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and facility policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care activities
  • Incorporate cultural, ethnic, and religious sensitivities into patient interactions
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and unit goals


What You Need

Required:
  • Valid RN license in Florida or applicable state
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with healthcare software and electronic health records

Preferred:
  • Specialty certifications in clinical nursing areas
