What Youll Do- Provide expert patient care using the nursing process within the scope of practice
- Assess patient needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Delegate, direct, and support licensed and ancillary team members
- Adhere to regulatory standards and facility policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of care activities
- Incorporate cultural, ethnic, and religious sensitivities into patient interactions
- Support quality improvement initiatives and unit goals
What You NeedRequired:- Valid RN license in Florida or applicable state
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with healthcare software and electronic health records
Preferred:- Specialty certifications in clinical nursing areas
